Your documents, our conversations, and the fact that you came here at all stay between you and this office. In family matters this is not a formality.

Calls and WhatsApp are answered during working hours. Emails get a proper reply within one working day.
In person, by phone or by video
If travelling to the office is difficult — you are outside Coimbatore, or the matter is one you would rather not be seen attending — the first meeting can be by phone or video call.
